Relief assistance for customers impacted
As your local community bank, we are here to help. If you are facing financial hardship due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, we are here to listen and work to help find a solution. Give us a call at 616.559.7000 and let us help with your banking questions or concerns.
If you need assistance with loan payments, we are offering relief assistance on home mortgage and personal loans (auto, recreational, unsecured, lines of credit and home equity lines of credit) with a 90 day forbearance solution and no credit bureau impact or late fees.
A payment forbearance will temporarily suspend or reduce your regular payment for a limited time. Once you submit your completed application a United Bank representative will contact you within approximately five business days.
CARES Act relief funds
At this time, we have paused accepting new applications for the CARES Act PPP relief loan. The legislature has approved additional PPP relief funding. Our processing has continued with the applications that were received prior to the first round of funds being depleted. If you would like to be contacted if we begin accepting new applications, please complete our contact form.
