If you need to access a branch
  • Lobby visits will be by appointment only and a face covering is required while in a branch office. Call 616.559.7000 for scheduling assistance.
  • Drive-up lanes are open Monday – Friday.
  • All branch locations are temporarily closed on Saturdays.

If you feel ill, have a fever or cannot wear a face covering, please use our convenient digital options to bank from home or call 616.559.7000 for assistance. Digital banking services and our customer call center are here for you and available 24/7.

Be alert and watch out for scams
Criminals are taking advantage of the fear surrounding the Coronavirus. Watch out for emails, texts, posts or ads offering treatments, medical tips or asking for donations. Educate yourself on these scams by visiting the FTC’s website.

Relief assistance for customers impacted
As your local community bank, we are here to help. If you are facing financial hardship due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, we are here to listen and work to help find a solution. Give us a call at 616.559.7000 and let us help with your banking questions or concerns.

If you need assistance with loan payments, we are offering relief assistance on home mortgage and personal loans (auto, recreational, unsecured, lines of credit and home equity lines of credit) with a 90 day forbearance solution and no credit bureau impact or late fees.

A payment forbearance will temporarily suspend or reduce your regular payment for a limited time. Once you submit your completed application a United Bank representative will contact you within approximately five business days.

CARES Act relief funds
The CARES Act is no longer accepting applications for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) relief loan.

For those that have already received funding through a PPP loan, you would be advised to review the rules published by SBA regarding forgiveness so you can prepare your information for submission. If your PPP loan was received through United Bank, your lender will be in contact with you before the forgiveness application is due to provide you with instructions for completing United Bank’s electronic application.
