- Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University
- Began his career in commercial lending in 2002
- Primarily focused on financing investor real estate transactions in the retail, residential, medical office, and industrial spaces

- Former Treasurer of Volunteers In Service (VIS)
- Volunteer work with his church and Dégagé Ministries
- Former soccer coach with the City of Grand Rapids Department of Parks and Recreation league
Personally
I grew up in Rockford Michigan and am proud to call West Michigan home. My wife and I have two wonderful daughters and we love spending as much time outside during the beautiful Michigan summers. I also enjoy reading, landscaping and working in the yard.
