Action Required Before the Upgrade

To ensure you can log in successfully and access your accounts when the new system goes live, please complete the following steps as soon as possible:
 
Confirm Your Contact Information
Your profile must include a current phone number and email address for verification and security purposes. 
  • Log in to your current Personal and/or Business Online Banking account
  • Review and update your contact information as needed *Business administrators should verify for all company users.
 
Know your Username and Password 
For both online and mobile, you'll be required to log in using your User ID and Password the first time after the upgrade. 
  • If you’re unsure of your User ID, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
  • If you don't know your password, select “Forgot Password” from the login page and follow the prompts. *Businesses must complete the forgot password process after the new system is live.
Notice Business users with ACH, wire, or bill pay services should review the business section below for any required actions.
To prepare for the transition, please note the following important downtime windows. During these times, some services will be unavailable or limited.
 

Tuesday, May 26

5:00 AM
  • Bill Pay and Business Bill Pay will be disabled | Final bill payments must be made through the current system before this time.
  • Mobile Deposit through the Personal Mobile Banking App will be disabled
5:00 PM
  • Business Online and Mobile Banking will be disabled
  • Personal Online and Mobile Banking will be inquiry only | No transactions will be permitted while in Inquiry Mode.

Wednesday, May 27

First-Time Login & Security

No changes to your personal login credentials are expected. After launch:
  • Log in using your current username and password
  • During your first login, you'll be prompted to receive a text, call or email with a one-time passcode to verify your identity.

What Will Transfer

Most account details and settings will be available and ready to use in the new system, including:
  • Transaction history
  • Scheduled payments and transfers
  • Alerts
  • eStatement preferences
 

What Will Not Transfer

The following services will not transfer and may require action after launch:
  • Mobile app alerts: Make note of current alert settings to setup in the new app. Any email or text alerts will transfer.
  • Online budget tool: This service will be retired, we recommend using the features within the Cards tab to monitor spending.
 
Because this is a new system, some features will work differently, and certain settings and services may need to be set up again after the upgrade. Please review the following information carefully to prepare for a smooth transition.
 

What Will Transfer

Most account details and settings will be available and ready to use in the new system, including:
  • Account transaction history
  • Scheduled payments (If managing payments for multiple companies, see Bill Pay section for important changes)
  • Scheduled and recurring internal transfers
  • ACH & Wire templates
  • Positive Pay
 

First-Time Login & Token Enablement

Once the new system is live, you'll begin logging in with your current username and a password instead of your PIN.
  • Upon first login, select Forgot Password and follow the prompts to generate a password.
  • For Token Users: After entering your credentials, you'll need to complete the Token Enablement process.
 

ACH

Scheduled ACH Activity
  • New ACH files cannot be initiated while the system is unavailable.
  • Check back closer to the upgrade for scheduled ACH cutoff times.
ACH History
Will not transfer to the new system. Be sure to download this information before May 26.
 
ACH Templates
  • The current copy feature will not be available in the new system.
  • Important Action:
    • We highly recommend that you create templates for each unique ACH file before May 26.
New Benefit
ACH payments will require only one lead day in the new system!
 

Bill Pay

Our enhanced Bill Pay introduces separate profiles for each business entity—providing clearer tracking, stronger controls, and simpler reconciliation.
 
What Will Transfer
  • Your primary company (the company you first enrolled with) will be automatically enrolled
  • Scheduled payments, payees and payment history associated with the primary company will carry over.
 Important Changes for Multiple Companies 
  • Payments scheduled for additional companies will be cancelled.
    • You’ll be able to see any cancelled payments in the new system.
  • Each additional company will require:
    • A brief enrollment process
    • Re-adding payees
    • Rescheduling payments
  • Important Action:
    • Before the upgrade, please save your payees list and any scheduled payments for all companies.
Business Bill Pay will no longer be available in the mobile app and must be managed within online banking.
 

Positive Pay

  • Positive Pay will continue to operate as normal in the new system. 
  • During the scheduled transition period, online banking access will be temporarily unavailable. While you won’t be able to log in during this time, Positive Pay will continue running in the background.
  • If any exceptions or action are needed, our team will proactively reach out to you to provide assistance and ensure uninterrupted protection.
 

Remote & Mobile Deposits

New Benefit: If you currently use mobile deposits, all accounts you have access to will automatically be enrolled.
 

Third Party Account Integrations

  • All third-party account integrations must be updated once the new system is live.
  • Intuit integrations will not be available until after June 1.
 

Transfers

  • Scheduled & Recurring Transfers: 
    Will migrate to the new system and process as scheduled.
    • To modify a migrated transfer, you'll need to create a new transfer and delete the old.
    • Transfers will be clearly labeled as originating from the current system or the new system.
  • Transfer Templates:
    Will not transfer and will need to be recreated in the new system.
 

Wires

Templates & Payees
  • Wire Payees will replace traditional wire templates
  • If you rely on re‑using sent wires today, consider creating templates before migration so a payee is created for you.

Wire History
Will not transfer, save any historical wire information you may need.
 
Wire Processing
  • Wire processing will be unavailable during the migration period.
  • Check back closer to the upgrade for scheduled wire cutoff times. 
New Benefit
Incoming wire details will be viewable in the new system, supporting easier reconciliation.
