First Time Login Process
Personal Banking Users

Log in using your current User ID and Password

During first login, you'll be prompted to receive a one-time passcode to verify your identity.

Once logged in, most of your account details and settings should be available and ready to use. We recommend reviewing to ensure everything transferred correctly.
Business Banking Users

Upon first login, all Business Users must select Forgot Password and follow the prompts to generate a password. After setup, all users will log in with their User ID and Password.

Token Users: After entering your credentials, you'll need to complete the Token Enablement process. Follow our Hard Token or Mobile Token guides for step-by-step instructions.

Once logged in, some features and settings may work differently or need to be reestablished. Please see the Business section below for details.
Get Our New Mobile App
If you have auto-updates enabled, your app will update automatically. Otherwise, you’ll be prompted to update when you open your current app. If you’re new to our app, use the links below or search “United Bank of Michigan” in your app store to get started.Business Mobile App Users: This new app will replace the previous business banking app, please update to the new app and delete the old.Note: If you used biometrics to log in, you'll need to reestablish in the new app. Any mobile app push alerts will need to be set up in the new app.
Business Banking Updates
Please review your account details carefully to ensure everything transferred correctly. Pay close attention to your Bill Pay Payee information, scheduled payments and internal transfers, and any migrated ACH templates and participants prior to scheduling any new batches, transfers or payments.

- Transfer Templates: Must be recreated in the new system
- Payments & Transfers: Verify payees, scheduled payments, internal transfers, ACH templates, and participants before initiating new activity

- Faster prefunding timeline: Prefunding will move from a two-day to a one-day process for all clients, improving speed and efficiency.
- Updated credit entry detail: ACH credit prefunding descriptions will include a numeric sequence (with date) followed by 'GeneralLedger' and will post the business day before the effective date.
- Accumulated monthly fee: A single ‘ACH Monthly File Fees’ charge posted on the first business day of the following month, covering all prior-month activity.
Bill Pay: Multiple Companies
- Your primary company (company you first enrolled) is enrolled
- Payees, scheduled payments, and history for the primary company have migrated
- Complete enrollment
- Re-add payees
- Reschedule payments
