Jennifer Ferguson

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I have a strong passion for helping my clients find the right lending solutions that will benefit them not just today, but in the long run. With more than 25 years of experience in banking, I began my career in the branches before finding my true calling in 2015 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Since then, I’ve been able to combine my financial expertise with my passion for helping others, and it has been the perfect fit.

Building meaningful relationships with my clients is at the core of what I do. I take the time to truly get to know each borrower, so they feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout the process. My goal is to be more than just a lender—I strive to be a trusted resource my clients can rely on every step of the way. I’m committed to going above and beyond to deliver a smooth experience and exceed expectations.

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling and taking in the beauty of West Michigan through every season. Having grown up in this community and raised my children here, I’m proud to serve the area I call home.
